Service consideration (fee): Fixed-fee package system. Specific fees are listed on the pricing page. All displayed prices include tax. There are no late-night surcharges or peak-season surcharges.
Costs required in addition to the consideration: Actual expenses such as expressway tolls and parking fees are charged separately. Use is based on 10 hours per day; for any excess, 10% of that day's tax-inclusive fee is added per hour. Meet-and-greet at the sign board on 1F of the Arrival Lobby at Kansai International Airport incurs a separate fee (please inquire).
Payment method: Cash, credit card, or online payment. Qualified invoices and receipts can be issued (consultation required).
Payment timing: After your reservation is confirmed, please pay at the time indicated by our staff. Immediate online payment is not currently available on the website (reservations are accepted as a "reservation request" and confirmed after we check availability and contact you separately).
Timing of service provision: Services are provided on the boarding date and time specified at the time of reservation. Reservations are confirmed after our staff check availability and contact you separately. In the event of flight delays, the driver will wait or the schedule will be adjusted.
Cancellation and refunds: For cancellations after a reservation is confirmed, 50% of the fee is charged for cancellation on the day before, and 100% of the fee is charged for cancellation on the day. Changing or canceling a reservation is possible (consultation required).
